Breath Medical Equipment & Apparatuses is hiring a Tender Specialist to own our public-sector and institutional bidding. Government hospitals, health authorities, and large private groups buy medical equipment through formal tenders — your job is to find them, qualify them, and win them.
You will manage the full bid lifecycle: monitoring procurement portals, preparing compliant technical and commercial submissions, coordinating pricing with suppliers, and tracking every deadline down to the hour. Precision matters here — a perfect bid submitted late is a lost bid.
Responsibilities
- Monitor UAE procurement portals and tender bulletins daily; qualify opportunities against our portfolio
- Manage supplier registrations, prequalifications, and renewals with government and hospital-group portals
- Prepare complete tender submissions — technical files, compliance sheets, datasheets, certificates, and commercial offers
- Coordinate pricing, lead times, and documentation with manufacturers and internal teams
- Handle bid bonds, performance guarantees, and submission formalities with banks and PROs
- Track clarifications, amendments, and deadlines; maintain a tender calendar and win/loss log
- Support post-award contract execution and documentation handover
Must have
- 2+ years preparing tenders or bids in the UAE — medical equipment, healthcare, or technical supply preferred
- Hands-on experience with e-procurement portals and vendor registration processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and document management discipline
- Strong Excel skills for pricing sheets and BOQ preparation
- Excellent written English for formal submissions and clarifications
- Ability to work to hard deadlines under pressure
Nice to have
- Arabic reading and writing for tender documents
- Familiarity with medical device specifications and compliance documentation
- Experience with bid bonds, guarantees, and letters of credit
- Knowledge of UAE government procurement regulations
